The prestigious US FinTech Awards, produced by FinTech Intel, recently celebrated the remarkable achievements of the brightest innovators and leaders in the financial technology sector at the 2024 awards ceremony.
The awards ceremony, held at The Rooftop at Edison Ballroom on November 14, saw the winners crowned in the over 20 categories. A distinguished panel of expert judges engaged in rigorous deliberation to select the winners, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the ecosystem.

This entry stood out because it has a broad range of applicability. Their automated auditing of 401k is a real breakthrough for back office processing.
Investment Tech of the Year: DriveWealth
The judges were impressed with this entry because the company has gathered an extensive range of investment products under a single API. This has opened the investment market much more broadly, promoting financial inclusion.
WealthTech of the Year: Farther
The judges choose this entry because the company has recently raised additional funding, allowing them to continue their journey of bringing a new generation into wealth and wealth advisors.
PayTech of the Year: Orum
This entry stood out to the judges because even though it’s quite new in terms of tech, it’s already having a huge impact. Instant bank account verification has the potential to revolutize payments.
InsurTech of the Year: Quility
The winner of this award is transforming the life insurance industry, helping to make it better for both agents and customers. They work alongside the nation’s leading providers to make it easier to buy and sell policies.
Personal Finance Tech of the Year: Financial Finesse
This entry stood out due to the company’s focus on providing unbiased decision-making. The judges also really liked that the company offers employees coaching on financial wellness.
Best Employer Award: FloQast
The judges were impressed with this company’s investment in professional development for their employees. They offer this to all staff, from new hires to experienced managers, with a range of training and advancement programs.
Young Achiever of the Year: John Shammas from DriveWealth

Disruptor of the Year: Kinectify
The judges chose this entry as the winner because of their work on AML for casinos. They’ve really disrupted the market to become a major player, using AI to fill out suspicious activity reports.
Crypto Award: iTrustCapital
The judges were impressed by the fact that this company has made it so that crpytocurrencies can be traded inside an IRA. Their innovative platform is one of the first to market, and the user-friendly interface caters to both beginners and experienced investors.
FinTech Partner of The Year: FTI Technology
This entry stood out to the judges because they found it to be really innovative for the future in helping mitigate compliance for web3 and blockchain. Their case studies were very impactful at showing how the technologies can be leveraged.
FinTech of the Year: Borderless
The judges liked this entry because of their focus on global payments and doing impactful work. The judges said they’re one of the best in the blockchain borderless payments ecosystem, making things better across the world.
